VACUETTE 9NC coagulation 3.2% sodium citrate blood collection tubes are used for determinations in coagulation tests. These devices provide improved safety and hygiene during specimen collection.

VACUETTE blood collection tubes are filled with a buffered trisodium citrate solution. The additive prevents blood coagulation by binding Ca-ions. The mixing ratio is 1 part citrate to 9 parts blood.
